Instructions For Use Of Automatic Paint Line

1. Operators must be thoroughly familiar with the structure, performance, operation, and maintenance methods of all machinery. Dedicated personnel must be assigned to each machine and be responsible for its use.

2. When operating woodworking machinery, wear appropriate work clothes, ensuring cuffs are securely fastened. Female operators must wear work caps, tucking braids inside. Gloves and scarves are prohibited during operation.

3. Before commencing operation, the machine must be test-run. Operation can only begin after all components are functioning normally.

4. Shafts, chains, pulleys, belts, and other moving parts on the equipment must be equipped with protective covers and guards.

5. If any abnormal conditions or malfunctions occur during machine operation, immediately disconnect the power supply and stop the machine for repair.

6. Flammable materials are prevalent around the equipment; smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited.

7.The main power supply must be disconnected before debugging and maintaining the equipment.
