This global paint line is, made up of 2 independent paint lines.
The paint line 1# is dedicated for all the paint
materials except High Gloss /Piano Black UV paint.
The paint line 2#, in order to avoid any contaminations, is dedicated for High gloss/Piano black UV paint materials, except the common core of cleaning process after loading, this paint line are finally independent.
Paint booths, oven, flash off, cleaning booth, clean room area, PMR just designed in module plug.

The paint application of this paint line is fully robotized operation. Only loading & unloading remain in manual operation.
The paint shop is proposed to process and equipment which will allow to reach the quality level required with an optimized layout surface, paint consumption, energy consumption and maintenance costs.

The paint line has been designed for 2 paint booths working in parallel with a possible evolution for 2 additional intermediary ovens after flash off, flaming booth .

This paint line is dedicated for the painting of different types of interior parts (in plastic substrates like Interior parts of PP, ABS, and PCABS), with the possibility to spray different type of paint systems (metallic paint , UV high gloss paint, High Gloss solvent paint, matt paint … ).
