1. Conveying System

This system transports workpieces from the loading area to the spraying area and delivers finished workpieces to the curing and unloading areas. The conveying system typically uses chain conveyors or roller conveyors to ensure smooth movement of the workpieces throughout the spraying process.

2. Spraying System

This system includes spray guns, a spraying robot, and a paint supply system. The spraying system is programmable and controls the uniform spraying of the workpiece surface. The spraying robot can be flexibly adjusted according to the shape and size of the workpiece, improving spraying efficiency and quality.

3. UV Curing System

This system consists of multiple ultraviolet lamps, typically installed in the curing area. The UV curing system enables rapid curing of the coating, significantly shortening the production cycle. The wavelength and power of the UV lamps can be adjusted according to different paint types and process requirements.

4. Exhaust Gas Treatment System

Exhaust gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during the spraying process need to be purified by an exhaust gas treatment system to ensure emissions meet environmental standards. Common exhaust gas treatment equipment includes activated carbon adsorption devices and catalytic combustion devices.

5. Control System
This includes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a touch screen, and various sensors. The control system automates the entire painting line, coordinating the operation of each stage, including workpiece conveying, spraying, curing, and exhaust gas treatment.
