Metalizing UV Coating Line is a professional integrated coating system specially designed for vacuum metallization (PVD/evaporation) process. Different from general plastic painting lines, color UV paint lines and clear UV coating lines, this production line is customized for mirror metallic finishing, vacuum coating substrate protection and metal layer sealing.

1. Dedicated Two-layer UV Process for Vacuum Metallization Exclusive UV base coat + vacuum metalizing + UV top coat closed-loop process. The primer fills substrate sand grain, shrinkage and tool marks to form an ultra-flat mirror base; the top coat seals the nano metal layer to prevent oxidation, fingerprint and peeling, which cannot be replaced by ordinary single-layer UV lines.

2. Ultra-high Flatness Mirror Coating Technology Optimized low-speed soft leveling + ultra-fine electrostatic atomization eliminates orange peel and ripple texture. The substrate flatness Ra ≤0.2μm after primer curing, ensuring uniform and dense metal atom deposition during vacuum evaporation, presenting high-grade chrome mirror effect.

3. Low-temperature Non-damage Curing Full-process UV low-temperature curing ≤60°C, no thermal stress or deformation for thin-wall plastic parts. Effectively avoids metal layer cracking and wrinkling caused by high-temperature baking of traditional thermal lines.

4. Strict Dust-free Mirror-grade Environment Control ISO 8 dust-free workshop with three-stage filtration and constant temperature & humidity control. Zero particle interference ensures no pinhole, white spot or star point defects on the mirror metal surface.
