This fully automatic continuous antifog coating line is specially developed for automotive lamp lens, PC/PMMA transparent plastic parts, rear lamp covers and optical components. The whole line integrates pre-cleaning, static dedusting, automatic spray coating, IR flash-off and thermal curing, designed exclusively for hydrophilic antifog paint application.
Different from regular topcoat spraying lines, the production environment and curing parameters are customized according to the physical characteristics of hydrophilic antifog coating. After coating and curing, parts form a uniform hydrophilic film on the substrate surface; water vapor spreads into a continuous water film instead of tiny fog droplets, achieving long-lasting anti-fog, anti-blur and high-transmittance effect. The line supports water-based antifog paint as mainstream material, widely applied in auto lamp manufacturers, home appliance transparent cover and optical lens factories.
